1. Definitions and Interpretation

• "Withdrawal" means any transfer of funds from your 99aset Account balance to your registered Indonesian bank account or e-wallet.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional credits, free bets, cashback, or other incentives provided by 99aset, subject to specific wagering requirements and terms.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an Account, accessing any page of the 99aset website, placing any wager, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease using the 99aset platform and refrain from creating an Account.

99aset reserves the unilateral right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. 3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To register for and use 99aset Services, you must satisfy ALL of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of Account creation. 99aset enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory evidence will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.
• You must be a legal resident of the Republic of Indonesia with a valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP) or other government-issued identification document bearing your photograph, date of birth, and current address.
• You must not be located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local, regional, or national law. While 99aset operates with a focus on Indonesian players, you are solely responsible for ensuring that your participation complies with all applicable laws in your location.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee or contractor of 99aset or any of our affiliated companies, gaming software providers, or payment processing partners.

3.2 Account Registration Process

Account registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to your full legal name (as it appears on your Indonesian KTP), date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid Indonesian mobile phone number, active email address, and preferred username and password. You may create only ONE Account per person. Multiple Accounts, duplicate registrations, or use of false identity information will result in permanent closure of all associated Accounts and confiscation of any funds therein.

Upon registration, 99aset will send a verification code to your registered mobile number or email address. You must complete this verification process within 72 hours to activate your Account. Following initial registration, you may be required to submit additional documentation (Know Your Customer or KYC verification) before you can place wagers or request withdrawals. Acceptable documents include a clear photograph or scan of your Indonesian KTP, a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your residential address, and a selfie photograph holding your KTP next to your face.

3.3 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your password with any third party, use the same password across multiple websites, or allow any other person to access your Account. 99aset strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) in your Account security settings for enhanced protection.

You agree to notify 99aset immediately via live chat or email if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, observe any fraudulent activity, or believe your login credentials have been compromised. 99aset shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access that results from your failure to adequately protect your credentials, unless such access is demonstrably caused by a security breach on our platform.

4. Deposits and Account Funding

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

99aset supports deposits via major Indonesian banks including Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), and OCBC NISP. Additionally, we accept deposits through leading Indonesian e-wallet services including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your legal name matching your 99aset Account registration details. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be rejected or refunded.

4.2 Deposit Processing and Limits

Minimum deposit amount is IDR 50,000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah). There is no maximum single deposit limit for most payment methods, though individual banks and e-wallet providers may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are typically credited to your Account balance instantly or within 5 minutes of successful bank confirmation. If your deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact our customer support team via live chat with your transaction receipt or reference number.

99aset does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may charge their own transaction fees or service charges, which are beyond our control. You are responsible for any such third-party fees.

4.3 Source of Funds and Anti-Money Laundering

You warrant that all funds deposited into your 99aset Account are derived from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity, money laundering, terrorism financing, or other illegal operations. 99aset complies with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) standards. We reserve the right to request detailed documentation regarding the source of your funds, particularly for large or unusual deposit patterns. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in Account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.

5. Withdrawals and Payout Procedures

5.1 Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Standard withdrawal processing time is typically under 5 minutes for verified Accounts with completed KYC documentation. However, processing times may extend up to 24 hours during peak periods, for first-time withdrawals, or if additional security verification is required. 99aset prioritizes fast payouts as a core service commitment, but we cannot control delays caused by receiving banks, e-wallet providers, or technical issues on third-party systems.

5.2 Withdrawal Requirements and Restrictions

Minimum withdrawal amount is IDR 100,000 (one hundred thousand Indonesian Rupiah). You may withdraw only to bank accounts or e-wallets registered in your legal name matching your 99aset Account. For security and regulatory compliance, you must wager your deposit amount at least one time (1x rollover) before requesting a withdrawal. This anti-money-laundering measure prevents the platform from being used as a fund transfer service.

If you have active bonus funds in your Account, you must complete all applicable wagering requirements before requesting a withdrawal, or forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings. Bonus terms and wagering requirements are specific to each promotion and are detailed in the respective promotional terms.

5.3 Withdrawal Fees

99aset does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three (3) withdrawals per calendar month. Subsequent withdrawals within the same month may be subject to a processing fee of 1.5% of the withdrawal amount or IDR 25,000, whichever is greater. VIP tier members may be eligible for unlimited fee-free withdrawals as part of their VIP benefits package.

6. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

6.1 Bonus Eligibility and Terms

99aset offers various bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and loyalty rewards. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements (typically ranging from 5x to 30x the bonus amount), game contribution percentages (slots typically contribute 100%, live casino contributes 10%, sports betting contributes 50%-100% depending on odds), maximum bet limits during bonus wagering, and validity periods.

You may claim only one welcome bonus per person, household, IP address, and payment method. Attempting to create multiple Accounts to claim additional bonuses constitutes bonus abuse and will result in closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all funds and winnings.

6.2 Wagering Requirements and Restrictions

Wagering requirements specify the total amount you must wager before bonus-related winnings become withdrawable. For example, a 100% deposit bonus up to IDR 1,000,000 with 20x wagering requirement means that if you deposit IDR 1,000,000 and receive IDR 1,000,000 bonus, you must wager a total of IDR 40,000,000 (20 times the combined deposit and bonus) before any winnings can be withdrawn. Certain low-risk betting patterns including hedging bets on both sides of a sports event, betting on all outcomes in roulette, or other strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements will result in bonus forfeiture.

7. Betting Rules and Dispute Resolution

7.1 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets are settled according to the official result as determined by the relevant sports governing body (e.g., FIFA for football matches, UEFA for Champions League, PSSI for BRI Liga 1). Bets are settled based on the result at the conclusion of regular time unless otherwise specified (e.g., "to qualify" markets include extra time and penalties). If a match is postponed and does not begin within 72 hours of the original scheduled start time, all bets will be voided and stakes returned. 7.2 Casino Games and RNG

8. Prohibited Activities and Account Closure

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breach of these Terms and Conditions, resulting in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Creating multiple Accounts or using false identity information
• Collusion with other players, syndicate betting, or coordinated betting activity designed to exploit platform vulnerabilities or manipulate betting markets
• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technology designed to place bets or play games without direct human interaction
• Bonus abuse including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, using deposit-and-withdraw strategies to clear bonuses without genuine play, or exploiting software errors or bonus calculation bugs
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward customer support staff or other players
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, hack, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the 99aset platform
• Depositing funds derived from illegal sources or using the platform for money laundering purposes

9. Limitations of Liability

99aset provides its Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we strive for 99.9% uptime and employ redundant infrastructure to minimize service interruptions, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform. 99aset shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or missed betting opportunities arising from technical failures, server downtime, network connectivity issues, DDoS attacks, force majeure events, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

You acknowledge that online gambling carries inherent financial risk, and 99aset is not responsible for any losses sustained as a result of your betting activity. We do not provide gambling addiction counseling, financial advice, or betting strategy guidance. All betting decisions are made at your sole discretion and risk.

Maximum liability of 99aset for any claim arising from these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your Account during the six (6) months preceding the claim, or IDR 10,000,000 (ten million Indonesian Rupiah), whichever is lower.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from our platform without prior written authorization.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of jurisdictions where 99aset maintains operational licenses. Any disputes arising from or relating to your use of 99aset Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.

13. Severability
